Market Information:

Location:  Zylinski Park at Grand Blvd. in Pearland

Seasonal:  Year-round Market

Dates:  2nd and 4th Saturday of the month

Hours:  8:00 am - 12:00pm


Vendor Information:

Booth Rental Fees:
Market Membership Fee:   $25.00 annually
Market Booth Fee:   $20.00 each market day
Booth Size: 10x10 spaces available
Vendor's are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables,

*  Each Vendor will be placed on the Market Website and linked to their website. Also each Vendor will have Ad space in the Market Member Newsletter that will go out quarterly to all Market Members and Supporters.  Food Vendors will be required to obtain permits from the City of Pearland. Please Contact us for more information.

Vendor Categories:

Farmer's and Grower's:
Farmer's and Growers who want a 10x10 booth space and grow products within 150 miles of Pearland (Example: produce, herbs, fresh meats, eggs, plants)

Artisan's/ Craft Vendors:
Craft Vendors and Artisans who produce a product with 150 miles of Pearland.
*These vendors will be accepted at the descretion of the market manager as we are looking for true handmade and artisan items.  (Example: Quilts, Wood Carvings, Candles, etc.)

Value-Added Products:
Producers of products in which the ingredients are from within 150 miles of Pearland and are produced within 150 miles of Pearland. *Exceptions can be made if ingredient is not available within 150 miles of Pearland. (Example: Jams, Jelly, Seasoning Blends, Sausage, etc.)

Green/ Sustainable Living Products:
Items that are produced within 150 miles of Pearland that encourage self-sustainable living and green practices. (Example: "Green" Household Cleaners, Rain Barrels, Compost, Etc.) 

The Market is currently accepting Vendor applications for the 2011 market. If you would like to lease a booth, please visit the Contact Us page, as we are already leasing booth spaces. The market is only accepting one vendor of each of the following categories. (except produce vendors, or vendors who sell different varieties of products than a vendor in the same category. ) After a category is filled vendors, will be added as demand rises.

The market plans to have the following vendors:

Fresh Produce
Goat Milk Cheese, Soaps and Lotions
Fresh and Dried Herbs
Fresh Flowers
Local Nuts and Honey
Free Range Chicken Eggs
Local Beef and Pork
Fresh Seafood
Local Vinegars and Oils
Handmade Quilts
Organic Plants
Green Cleaning Products
Artisan Breads
and much more....

This market has been in the planning stage for months now and we are currently "crossing our T's and dotting our I's".
